Ive been feeling cooped up.

Posting this weekends workout, today.

Wasnt feeling my best this last week. Between working on a bunch of products, trying to continue growing and falling behind on my deadline for my comic The Academy, I was putting in extra hours to make up the difference.

I didn’t even lift all week (until today) 😱

But after some hardcore sleepmaxxing today and a medium intensity lift, I feel great.

As a bonus, the sun finally decided to reward me by waking up too and warming up Ashburn.
