Took a walk without my phone today. Realized that is kind of rare. And now I’m sitting on our balcony taking a moment to myself before picking up the kids. I think I’m getting better at being present and enjoying the little things and sometimes short moments of alone time 💪🏼Work in progress as always. I wish you a great day and hope you can find a moment of stillness and reflection ❤️
