With the Chefs Menu Spring Edition. I start you out with my take on a Caesar salad, a classic Caesar dressing with Radicchio and Romain lettuce with Pepperoncini, and bread crumbs. After that you should see some Scallops with Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes, and Fava Beans with some Herb Oil. Followed by Roasted Rack of Lamb, Potatoes, and a Pomegranate Jus. All to finish off the meal with Honey sweetened Mascarpone, Port Poached Cherries, and Candied Orange Peel #303 #5280

I have been beyond blessed, I get to cook in some truly unreal kitchens, Along with get to meet, talk, and serve some truly incredible people in the process. Last night was no different. We started off with a Classic Caesar. Followed by a Second Course of Scallops with a lemon basil cream with bacon and spring onion. The main Course (not pictured) A Peppercorn-crusted Filet, Asparagus, Potatoes, that Smoked Butter. Finished the “incredible dinner” off with some Cheesecake, Raspberries, Chocolate, and mint.
