My Health and Life Coach certification program started!

I am loving the program so far. I feared it would be mostly woo-woo stuff. However, the coaching methodology is based on behavioral psychology, cognitive neuroscience, neurolinguistic programming, and motivational interviewing. This is such a great continuation of my psychology degree in which my focus was on psycholinguistics and cognitive neuroscience.

Looking forward to launching my new practice. It won’t be until Spring/Summer of 2026 but I’m still very excited to curate a host of services to help get you unstuck and living your life with authenticity and freedom!

Good morning! Consider this a “BEFORE” puffy faced selfie. This near year pandemic is starting to show up on my body. The increase in stress eating, the decrease in movement takes its toll on everyone.
