Standard Coaching Plan ($150/month)
This is for the athlete that wants a personalized plan that is built exclusively for them with NO in person coaching sessions. The Standard Plan includes:

Custom Training Plan tailored for the athlete
Unlimited email support
1 phone call per week (athlete initiated)


Individual Coaching Sessions:
Individual in-person coaching sessions are available at a rate of $50 per hour. These coaching sessions can be at a pool, cycling (computrainer or out on the road), running (treadmill, track, trail, or road). Group training sessions are available at a rate of $25 per hour per person with a minimum of 3 people. We do not require athletes to sign a multi-month contract. We do this because we believe in our abilities and know that you will be satisfied with our services. You will also find our fees to be quite a bit more affordable than most coaches/coaching plans. We do this deliberately, because we love what we do and the sport of triathlon. We also believe being a triathlete is expensive enough without needing to pay an arm and a leg for a coach. We do offer discounts for those athletes who want to commit to multiple months of coaching (pre-paid):

3 months - 5% Discount
6 months - 15% Discount
12 months - 25% Discount
