At the Roger Williams IRF Awards Dinner on May 21, IRF Secretariat was proud to present IRF Builder Awards to three outstanding advocates and builders whose global work continues to strengthen the cause of international religious freedom. 🏅 Anna Sineva was recognized for her tireless congressional advocacy and leadership in defense of freedom of belief, often in time-sensitive and fast-paced environments. Her work demonstrates the power of persistence and diplomacy in the face of adversity.

🏅 Kyle Cristofalo was honored for his congressional discernment and leadership. His faith-rooted advocacy grounded in peace and reconciliation, makes him a valuable voice in this IRF space. His robust behind-the-scenes efforts continue to open space for dialogue and action.

🏅 William Roberts was celebrated for his strategic diplomatic work and thoughtful leadership in defending human dignity often in the Middle East and advancing FoRB through institutional channels. His commitment to peacebuilding in complex geopolitical contexts exemplifies the best of principled engagement.

Anna, Kyle and William have also worked collaboratively and extensively on the Hill, bringing about many successful legislative wins.

🎙️Speaker Spotlight: Patrick Harvey

Patrick Harvey is the Senior Official performing the duties of the Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom at the U.S. Department of State. A career diplomat and human rights expert, he has served in Iraq, West Africa, and Central Europe, and held key policy roles advancing religious freedom globally. He previously advised the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission and is a Georgetown Capitol Hill Fellow.

Mr. Harvey will be a featured speaker at the IRF Builders Forum on May 21–22. We’re excited to welcome his voice to this global gathering.
