Another Convention in the books! Thanks to everyone who made this possible and those who stuck around to celebrate.

Installation was a huge success! Congratulations to President and the rest of the board. It was also a huge night for my Class of 2024 Leadership Institute buddies, a few of whom received the prestigious 4 by 4 award. There was so much to celebrate and it was awesome seeing so many familiar faces!

Yesterday marked the end of a busy, but highly rewarding year with the Leadership Institute. Things culminated with a group project, where I had the privilege to work with some of the brightest and hardest working Realtors in the industry. Our project was chosen by NVAR’s leadership team out of some other very impressive presentations by our peers. A huge thank you to Team 3 members for all your hard work on our project!
