GAPS, Paleo, 21 day sugar detox friendly stir-fry reciepe

Stir-fry Cauliflower with tomato

2 tablespoon solid cooking fat (I prefer lard or ghee on this recipe)
2 pounds cauliflower, chopped
2 small tomatoes on the vine, chopped
5 cloves garlic, sliced
2 green onion’s white part, sliced
2 green onion’s green part, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Sea salt or to your taste

Heat the cooking fat in a wok or large skillet on high heat.
When the fat has melted and the pan is hot, add green onion’s white part and garlic, cook for 10 seconds.
Add cauliflower, cook and stir about 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cook and stir about 2 minutes.
Add sea salt and green onion’s green part and serve.
