I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Paul Schuhmacher . He recently refinished all of our front tables with a level of care and craftsmanship that's truly rare to find. Beyond refinishing, he also creates incredible custom pieces, and we're so excited to have him working on some wine shelves for us next. You're awesome, Paul!

Every single one of these is made from scratch, daily, in-house featuring local ingredients.
- S'mores Pop-Tart: flaky scratch pastry, chocolate fudge, toasted marshmallow. Campfire nostalgia at its best.
- Raspberry Masa Cookie: buttery sweet corn cookie, raspberry jam, white chocolate, freeze-dried Midwest sweet corn on top.
- Coconut Passionfruit Cake: butter cake layered with coconut cream, passion fruit + grapefruit. A little vacation in cake form.
- Vegan GF Zucchini Loaf: Frillman Farms zucchini, warm spices, and proof that "vegan" and "gluten-free" can still mean seriously good.
- Blueberry Crumble: Mick Klug Farm blueberries baked jammy under a chai-spiced crumble. Vegan + GF, all flavor.

- Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet: baked to order, warm, gooey center, soft serve, hot fudge. Need we say more?
