If we can educate the public about the responsibilities, and more importantly the fun and enrichment of parrot ownership, we would have a landslide of people waiting to give them great homes. Heather helps parrot owners who are faced with bahavior issues they don't know how to address, and too often lead to the owners relinquishing their feathered kids. She goes to parrots homes and teaches owners everything they need to provide their parrot with a healthy diet, a safe environment, and enrichment to busy their active little minds. This in turn leads to a happier bird who is a joy to parent. Parrot ownership is not difficult, it just takes a little knowledge and a little commitment to set them up for success!
