10 years ago, Werner broke ground on what would become our Regional Distribution Center in Appleton. Built from the ground up, the RDC was created with a vision for growth, innovation, and supporting our customers for years to come.

Today, we’re celebrating 10 incredible years of the RDC and the people who made it all possible. From expanding our capabilities to supporting customers across the region, the RDC has played a major role in how Werner continues to grow and show up for our customers.

Thank you to the employees, teams, and partners who have been part of the journey over the last decade. Here’s to 10 years of growth and what’s still ahead!

What a great couple of days celebrating our 2025 Werner Excellence Award winners!

These awards recognize employees who go above and beyond in living out the Werner Way through leadership, teamwork, innovation, and commitment to others every day. During the celebration, winners and their guests had the opportunity to connect, spend time together, explore Green Bay, and experience Lambeau Field while being recognized for all they do across Werner.
