Leadership Ecademy is a company specializing in the development of leadership competencies for individuals within an organization. Our approach to leadership development is a radical departure from traditional training approaches. We offer a contemporary, flexible, lifelong learning approach to effective leadership development. We begin with an assessment of existing leadership skills and generate
a prescriptive learning plan by comparing existing skills with those required for advancement within your organization. Development classes are selected based on the client prescriptive learning plan. Classes are conducted in a live, virtual, interactive classroom that can be accessed by a computer, tablet or Smart phone or classes can be presented via micro learning. All content presented is limited to 30 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for discussion. Sessions are recorded and can be downloaded for review or if an interruption prevented attendance from the session. Multiple sessions covering different skills are scheduled weekly and classes are limited to 25 attendees. Leadership Ecademy clients are assigned a Leadership Coach, who meets with them regularly via phone or Skype to review training conducted, assignments, progress and problems encountered. Coaching sessions are documented and notes are stored in a database for review by the coach, client, mentor (selected by the client) or Human Resources. This process allows clients to become more accountable to successful professional growth. All information concerning the leadership development of the client including the client development plan, classes scheduled & taken, assignments and coaching notes is stored in our proprietary Leadership Engine™. This information can be downloaded to client organization HR systems to allow member organizations to track employee development internally.
