In addition to posting on the ECLEA website (www.eclea.net) my report on our recent trip to Ethiopia, I have recently posted a number of reports of all-African ECLEA training conferences held in different East African countries. Please take a look at these for some real insight concerning the situation in East Africa and the big difference ECLEA is making. Our motto--"Deep foundations; Healthy churches; Transformed lives"--describes the reality of what ECLEA is accomplishing, not only in East Africa, but now beyond.

Early this coming Friday morning I am scheduled to depart for Rwanda. I am scheduled to return home on Sunday, February 1. While in Rwanda, I will be teaching Biblical Interpretation in two separate venues.
The work of ECLEA continues nonstop. I have just posted a number of all-African reports of ECLEA activities in Burundi and Tanzania. I also posted a picture of the front cover and a description of my recently-published book, Biblical Theology: The Story of the Christ, along with information about where it may be ordered, on the "ECLEA Courses & Resources" page of the ECLEA website (www.eclea.net
).
We also recently have had some more of our books translated into East African languages. Those have been posted on the website, and more are in the works.
Further, Jacob and Jamie Boldig are just now completing what I understand has been a very successful trip to Democratic Republic of the Congo. In short, by God's grace, we are keeping the faith. Best regards to you all. Jonathan
