As many of you know, I wear a lot of hats as the sole owner and manager of Infinique. While my personal client hours are changing for summer, it does not mean I’m working less.

Behind the scenes, I’m the one:

✨ Training and mentoring staff
✨ Implementing and testing new medi-spa equipment
✨ Continuing advanced PMU education and training
✨ Creating all of our social media content and creative posts
✨ Managing marketing, inventory, scheduling, and day-to-day operations

Thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding. We do our best to schedule our days efficiently, often booking appointments back-to-back with little to no breaks so we can accommodate as many clients as possible. Because of this, there may be times we reach out to see if you’re able to come in a little earlier or later than originally scheduled.

Please remember that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Our team’s time is valuable, and we appreciate clients who respect the time reserved specifically for them.
