A Day (or two) in the Life of a Realtor

Yesterday we headed to Sheboygan for our oldest nephew’s wedding shower 💛

After celebrating, we spent some time at the hotel pool (which was definitely a highlight!). Then today, before heading home, we made a stop at Lake Michigan to take in the views.

It was one of those couple of days that was just full — family time, a little fun, and making memories together.

And of course, I always have my work bag and laptop with me… because you never know when something might come up. I was able to check in on a few things and stay connected, while still being present for these moments.

Real estate fits in around real life — and that’s exactly how I want it.

Back to the routine now, but feeling really grateful for this time away. 🌊💛

A Day in the Life of a Realtor

I was talking with a new buyer this afternoon — someone an agent friend referred to me — and of course, my “assistant” made sure she was part of the conversation too. 😄

She may not know much about real estate yet, but she definitely knows how to make an appearance at just the right time.

Moments like this are a pretty normal part of my day. Real estate conversations don’t always happen in a quiet office — sometimes they happen at home, with a little personality in the background.

And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Building my business around real life means the people I work with get the real me — and sometimes, they get my assistant too. 💛

Some days in real estate aren’t full of showings or meetings — sometimes it’s just texts, emails, and phone calls.

The behind-the-scenes kind of work that keeps everything moving forward.

So today doesn’t come with a picture of a house… just a picture of Benji, who’s been my sidekick while I get through it all.

This is the part of real estate people don’t always see, but it’s a big part of what helps everything come together for my clients.

And honestly, having a coworker like this makes it a little better. 🐾
