I’m so excited to say WE CAN FINALLY OPEN!!
With that being announced, I want you all to know I will be slowly returning back and getting in my new groove. Please keep an eye out for me to contact you about scheduling. It most likely going to take at least a few days to reach everyone. I’m doing my best to contact as quickly as I can.
Please make sure to read some of our new guidelines! If you have any questions or concerns please ask me when I contact you for your appointments

NAAVA Salon & Spa will be opening their doors on May 18th. Your stylist and spa specialist will be contacting you to start scheduling your hair and skincare appointments. If this is your first time visiting NAAVA Salon & Spa, please message us to schedule an appointment.
We care about you and want you to know that your safety and well-being is extremely important to us, so below are some salon and spa guidelines we will be implementing:
• No Waiting Area – please wait in your vehicle and your stylist will let you know when she/he is ready for you.
• Masks - We ask that you please bring your own mask to wear....we do have them for purchase at $2 if you do forget yours
• No additional guests or children at your appointment.
• Limit personal belongings.
• If you are feeling ill or have a fever, we ask that you stay home and work with your stylist to reschedule your appointment.
• Please wash your hands and/or apply hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer will be available at the front counter.
• Unfortunately hugs and handshakes will not be allowed.
• All salon capes are washed between each visitor.
• Stations and rooms will be sanitized after each visitor.
• We have a great line of AVEDA products. If you would like to purchase products, please let your stylist know and she will grab them for you.
Our team are all independent stylists, so they will determine the amount of blow drying, shampooing or other services for each visitor. Each stylist has the right to customize their guidelines, but must, at a minimum, follow the CDC guidelines. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with your independent stylist.
Due to the expected increase in volume, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

I have gotten a lot of calls/text the last two days. Just wanted to share same of the info I am receiving. This is from another post on a hair page I follow in Wisconsin. This person contacts someone in the state to get some clearer information. Hope this helps. Please trust me when I say I will be contacting as soon as I know it’s safe to schedule. Please please continue to be patient with me. I want to see you all just as badly!
