WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Assisting both HR and leadership with day-to-day activities
Overseeing calendars and schedules for the leadership team
Coordinating and scheduling meetings
Maintaining office supply inventory
Coordinating company meetings
Compiling and formatting monthly leadership team deck and other presentations as needed
Assisting HR with onboarding
Creating and Administering training and documents through LMS
Assisting with creating and rollout of company policies and forms
Reviewing benefits billing and reconciliation
Assisting with office duties such as mail delivery, answering phones, and assisting employees with questions
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or equivalent on the job experience
4+ years of professional office experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse setting
Ability to handle multiple high priority items at once
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Language Skills
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Positive attitude
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Calendaring skills - Preferably using Microsoft Outlook
Basic Typing Skills
