What a weekend! 🇺🇸❤️

We spent the Fourth of July making memories with our family, swimming, relaxing at the beach, fishing, enjoying picnics, taking in some beautiful views, and of course eating way too much good food! ☀️🎣🏖️

Even while we were away, we couldn’t completely leave work behind. We had the opportunity to complete an estimate while we were there, and something really cool happened… someone spotted our Appleton Roofing & Remodeling truck during the weekend and later reached out to schedule an estimate back home in Appleton! Moments like that remind us how much word-of-mouth and community support truly mean.

Being a family-owned business means work and family often go hand in hand, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to trust, support, recommend, and cheer us on.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Salvador as our Employee of the Month here at Appleton Roofing & Remodeling!

Salvador is one of those people our crew is lucky to have. He always shows up, works hard, does what he’s supposed to do, and brings a kind and generous attitude with him every day.

He’s also known as the best cleaner on the crew, and anyone in construction knows how important that is. A clean job site says a lot about the pride someone takes in their work.

Salvador doesn’t have just one favorite, he enjoys a little bit of everything. He has a wide taste for different foods and is always open to trying whatever is on the table.

When he’s not working hard with the crew, Salvador enjoys taking long walks and spending time observing nature. It’s his way of slowing down, relaxing, and appreciating the world around him.

What’s one place he hopes to visit one day?
One place Salvador hopes to visit one day is Jerusalem, a city full of history, meaning, and beauty.
