I love little things like this in the real estate realm ❤️☺️ The sellers of the character home we closed on yesterday left this little note, the historical photo, and skeleton key they found in the walls during renovation… as those memory’s and that history should stay with the home 🥰🏡 These sellers were the BEST and my Buyers are so thankful for the people that truly loved their house before they bought it! What a wonderful story and transition from one owner to another… with a little history involved! 🤓
