My husband and I teach wild edibles & wild medicine foraging classes, and our unique herbal products are wild harvested locally and made by hand. With 18 years of experience under my belt, I am an expert in utilizing bioindividually appropriate and targeted nutritional supplementation & herbal medicines to assist in reaching your health goals. I am board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. My education is unique in that it integrates all major dietary theories – combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies like Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine with modern concepts like veganism, paleo, Weston Price diet, FODMAP, macrobiotics, food energetics, the glycemic index, raw foods, and so many more. I use a total of 115 different dietary theories to find the exact combination my clients need!
