Pro-Label, LLC is a dynamic, progressive flexographic printer located in Appleton, WI is looking grow their team by hiring a Estimating/Purchasing Assistant (hours Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm). Wage is negotiable based on experience.

Job Description:
Understand production rates and how to apply profit margins
Gain a thorough understanding of the Print Management System 4D LabelTraxx
Prepare customer quote documents and review for accuracy and proper grammar
Frequent use of Microsoft Outlook and Office products, particularly Excel to input and understand profitability margins
Research and identify materials and components that fit customer specifications and procure pricing as well as other options available.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while interacting with internal and external sources.
Occasionally negotiate pricing for new projects
Create purchase orders for materials and other supplies used in the production process
Communicate delivery expectations to scheduling and other departments
Work with suppliers when defective material is placed on hold and work towards a positive resolution for the company.
Basic administrative duties such as filing documents, spreadsheet maintenance and special projects

Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate basic math and reading.
Ability to assess situations and adjust meet deadlines.
Can Do Attitude
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
