Being a real estate agent is so fulfilling, because every home sold or purchased has a story, and this one has the most heartfelt story so far.

After the successful closing today at 11 AM, the wife called asking for an update. During the call, I explained to her all the behind-the-scene numbers and scenarios that could have gone wrong, but because they chose to call me to sell the home, the results were that only the best scenarios came to fruition. Ultimately, they were able to net about $50,000.00 more than the number they had in mind for the home; they were blown away. She even offered a prayer for me over the phone which was touching.

The net proceeds from this sale will help this family in their next chapter; I explained, that money won't solve all of their world-problems, but it will help with some.
