When I started my small business journey I had absolutely no idea how to run a business. My background is nursing, primary in long term, memory, and rehab care. I knew I wanted to continue caring for others l just in a different scope.

Bring on, BodyGLOW (Aesthetics came later)! In 2022 I got trained and certified to do cryo body contouring, worked on a business name, found my 1st studio space, got a marketing manager for advertisement, and opened for business. Of course there's a lot more to it but I'll spare you the details 😉

I eventually went back to school (backpack and locker style) and got my aesthetics license. I absolutely LOVE facial services!

I put my whole heart into my business and I take pride in holding on tight even in the tough times (If you know, you know). Every client who walks into my studio will not only be seen but heard. I want to learn about their journey, goals, and what makes them smile. Taking time out of their busy life for some much needed self-care in my studio is a big deal and I am grateful they chose me.

No session is rushed. There might (WILL) be many hahaha 🤣 moments, on occasion some tears 😓, and even a few who take a much needed nap 😴 (falling asleep is a MAJOR compliment). Each session and client is respected and valued. I want every client to feel safe and welcome.

Reviews and referrals are the absolute best compliment a small business like mine can possibly have. It helps motivate and solidify our "why" and reminds us we are right where we need to be. Things have a way of working out and if it wasn't challenging, it wouldn't be worth it.
