On behalf of Waters Electric LLC, we are pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with Gillett Electric LLC, which provides residential and commercial electrical services based out of Neenah, WI.

This merger with Gillett Electric LLC will further build, strengthen and obtain trusted business relationships within the trades and construction industry. This partnership will also allow us to provide more prompt and expanded services within the industry while maintaining a high standard of professional integrity with the services provided.

The integration of both companies will take place as of January 1st, 2025, and will continue to operate under Gillett Electric LLC.

We would like to thank all of our past and present customers for their support of Waters Electric LLC, we look forward to further providing exceptional service on behalf of Gillett Electric LLC to the Fox Cities and surrounding areas!
