Solomon's Castle was built by artist Howard Solomon, known as the “Da Vinci of Debris” 🎨

The castle literally shines. It’s covered in recycled aluminum printing plates and has more than 80 interpretive stained glass windows ✨

You can see 80+ of Solomon’s pieces up close on the 45-minute guided Traditional Castle Tour 🎟️

No photos or videos are allowed inside the castle, so you’ll have to appreciate his talent with your own eyes 👁️

After the tour, grab a bite at the world-famous Boat in the Moat Restaurant. You can sit inside the boat or dine dockside under the beautiful oak trees 😋

😋 Spend time exploring historic downtown Clermont. Browse local shops, enjoy lakeside parks, and grab a bite at Salt Shack On The Lake. It has a tropical vibe and a sandy beach on Lake Minneola.

🛞 All ages will love the monster truck tours at The Showcase of Citrus! You’ll take a wild ride through the grounds and see animals like zebras, ostriches, and bison.

⛺ Hike, bike, paddle, and stay at Lake Louisa State Park! CareFree Camping’s luxury tents include air conditioning, a queen bed, and charming touches. Off-grid Eco-Tents are also available if you’re looking for a more rustic experience.
