The environment matters more than most people realize.

Not because it's loud.
Not because it's intense.
Not because everyone's exhausted when they leave.

Because the environment determines how much coaching each athlete actually receives.

A high-coaching environment looks different.

It looks like a coach who notices when your mechanics change.

It looks like adjusting a drill because your body isn't moving the way it should.

It looks like knowing the difference between fatigue that builds an athlete and fatigue that simply breaks them down.

Sometimes it's pushing harder.

Sometimes it's pulling back.

Sometimes it's changing one drill because movement quality isn't where it needs to be.

That's coaching.

The goal isn't to complete a workout.

The goal is to complete the right workout.

That's why our training environment is intentionally built around coaching—not crowd management.

Every athlete deserves feedback.

Every rep deserves a purpose.

Every session should move an athlete one step closer to performing when it matters most.

Hard work is expected.

Purpose is what makes it valuable.

"Who said recovery had to be easy?" 🌊

We're chasing power—not soreness.

Water training gives our athletes the ability to produce explosive movements while reducing the pounding that comes with land-based training.

Less impact.
More intent.
Better recovery.

Recovery isn't about doing less.

It's about doing the right things at the right time.

That's how we build athletes who are ready when it matters most. 💪

Here's a sample workout

2x30s high knees

Do in circuit fashion - Intent is SPEED
2x 8sagittal leg swings
2x 8 frontal leg swings
2x 8 hip openers
2x 8 internal/external rotation
-
2-3 sets of each
40 yard power skips for height
40 yard power skips for speed
20 reps Pogo jumps

2x10 single leg squat jumps
-
3-6 sets leg flutters on side of pool to max effort vertical jumps (videoed)

Everybody wants the result.

Few people want the bill.

These times are the receipt.

Week 1 testing for our athletes is complete. Some athletes started ahead. Some started behind.

None of that matters.

What matters is who shows up when it's hot, who works when nobody is watching, and who can look back at the end of summer and say:

"I'm not the same athlete I was on Day 1."
