Reflections from a weekend at the beach. Health is more than just the gym and weights. It starts always with mindset. This journey is mental. Protect your peace and mindset. It’s been a struggle for me the past few years, because we pour into everyone and everything else and forget ourself.

Accept the ups and downs of the journey. We are human and we are not perfect. I let myself become derailed of what was important to me and also healthy for ME.

The good news is even when you fall of the train, there will be another train to catch. Get back on as many times as you need. It’s a journey not a finish line.

Learning to love yourself, accept yourself, and believe in yourself is HARD. Sometimes feels impossible. Just keep trying, keep being a little better. Small changes, small mindset shifts, and small successes add up to bigger ones over time.

I’ve learned to accept some of my labels in life.
Plus Size, Thick, Big, Bold, Loud, Bull in a China Shop….
But, if you know me, I strive hard to be kind, Fair, Honest, Caring, Understanding, Non Judgemental, and a cheerleader of others.
