Since retiring from Federal service, I have spoken with many women who want to become more confident in their personal safety, but they don’t follow through for a number of reasons: they can’t find an instructor they can relate to, or that “gets” them; they can’t sift through the glut of information online that they don’t understand, and find very little information that speaks directly to the specific needs and concerns of women. That is why I founded Triple C Strategies: to inspire, encourage and teach women to develop the mindset, tools, and confidence to avoid, de-escalate, or deal with an adversarial circumstance and SURVIVE! It's not about being paranoid, ladies. Ladies, regardless of where you are on your journey towards self-reliance, I am committed to fostering a nurturing, confidence-building environment where women can learn from one another, share their experiences, and create a community of solidarity, with the common goal of becoming a better-informed and prepared version of themselves!
