d the largest impact on my life today. That Christmas, I asked for nothing but DJ equipment!! And so began the life of "DJ Ray". I got my start as a backyard DJ playing barbecues and cook-outs, usually having to borrow other peoples cd's to get by. I gradually put back enough money to upgrade equipment and music, which led to more shows. Once I turned 21, I immediately threw myself in to the world of pubs. Here, I started cultivating my hosting capabilities with karaoke, and later trivia. As I move into my 20th year in the field, I have expanded the DJ Ray company to include other trivia hosts and networking with other local DJ's to provide the best service to my customers. Whether it is at a trivia show, pool party, fashion show, or wedding, I strive to make it the best event possible! For the better part of two decades, I have received most of my customers from word-of-mouth, and this still holds true today.
