Happiness is a choice.

It's not something that happens to us, it's something we make happen—and it starts with a healthy lifestyle.

We can't always control what happens in our lives, but we can control how we react and respond to it. And that's where being happy comes into play.

So how do we get there? It all starts with having a healthy lifestyle. If you're not eating right and exercising, it's going to be hard for you to feel good about yourself and your situation, so start with that first step!

Once you've got your diet on track and are regularly exercising, start looking forward to things in life that make you happy. Whether it's watching your favorite TV show or reading a book on the beach, take time each day to enjoy yourself!

And finally, be grateful for what you have in life. Even if it seems like nothing is going right right now, there are still things in life that make it worth living every day—so embrace them!

If you want to be healthy, your mind has to be healthy too.

Here are a few rules I live by:

1. Get plenty of mental exercise. Try new things, learn new skills, and challenge yourself in new ways.

2. Don't forget physical exercise! It's so important for your body and your mind.

3. Challenge your brain with puzzles and games like Sudoku or suduko, word searches (like crossword puzzles), or even just reading a book!

4. Eat healthily—it's not just about what you put into your body, but also about the energy you put into it! If you're not eating well, you won't have the energy to work out or do anything else!

5. Reduce stress by taking time for yourself and practicing mindfulness techniques like meditation or yoga that will help you relax and feel better overall!
