Here are essential guidelines for safe, aligned, and ethical spiritual practice:

1. Know exactly what (or who) you are channeling.
Before opening any channel, clearly identify the source. Ask: Is this from the highest light? Is this my higher self, a trusted guide, the animal’s spirit, or something else? If the source feels unclear or unidentified, do not proceed. Ground yourself, set strong protective boundaries, and only invite energies that serve the highest good. At Triple H Healing, this discernment is foundational in every animal communication session — ensuring messages come through with clarity and truth.

2. Use your gifts for the Light, not the dark.
Light itself is neutral — it can illuminate truth and healing, or it can be twisted for personal gain, control, or ego. Using spiritual gifts solely for self-benefit, manipulation, or harm creates karmic backlash that can disrupt your own energy, relationships, and path.
Instead, dedicate your abilities to the greater good. When we channel or heal with pure love — for the benefit of the horse, the rider, the client, and the collective — we amplify positive ripple effects. This means:
• Approaching every session with humility and service.
• Releasing ego-driven outcomes (“I need this to go a certain way”).
• Focusing on empowerment, trauma release, and heart-centered connection rather than fear, power, or personal profit at another’s expense.
• Regularly cleansing and protecting your own energy field so you remain a clear vessel for divine light.
When gifts are used in service to Light, they expand, strengthen, and bring abundant blessings. When used in shadow, they contract and eventually backfire. Choose alignment every time!

3. Honor divine timing and trust your gut.
Even if the message or opportunity feels exciting, check your internal compass. If something feels off, heavy, forced, or misaligned — pause. True guidance flows with grace, peace, and ease. At Triple H Healing, we always respect the natural rhythm of healing for both horse and human. Forcing a session or connection when the timing isn’t right can block the deeper work that wants to unfold.

4. Transmute dense energy into Light.
Right now, collective energy feels particularly heavy and dense. Instead of absorbing or being overwhelmed by it, we are called to transmute it. Use your breath, your intention, your singing bowls, movement, nature time, or any of your tools to alchemize lower vibrations into positivity, happiness, love, and radiant light.

This is especially powerful in equine work — horses are incredible mirrors and transmuters themselves. When we approach them with clear, high-vibrational energy, they respond by releasing their own stored trauma and stepping into greater harmony.

Exciting session highlight! ✨

I just wrapped up a powerful Animal Communication & Psychic session with a wonderful client and her gelding. During the communication, I was able to pinpoint specific areas of pain and discomfort in her gelding, while also addressing old traumas and emotional triggers that were holding him back. The shift was beautiful to witness.

In the second part of our session, I channeled guidance around her home and clearly saw it selling smoothly with no issues. About 30 minutes later, she received a text — the new buyers’ offer had come through! 🙌

Even more magical? I kept seeing a beautiful big ranch house with a perfect horse setup during our time together. Right after our session, she shared that she’s heading out this Sunday to look at exactly that property!

I’m endlessly grateful for this work. Being able to support both the animals and their people on such a deep level — mind, body, and spirit — is truly the greatest gift.

🎉 Big congrats to Bryan and her superstar mare, Voodoo!

After just three treatments combining multiple modalities — PEMF, red light therapy, equine massage, acupressure points, energy/trauma healing, ozone therapy, and animal communication — Voodoo is back to her best!

She just clocked a beautiful 15.0015 run!
It’s been about a 2-year journey of not knowing it was Lyme disease, followed by a year of treating her and recovery. Even after battling Lyme last year, she had been struggling despite antibiotics and was showing noticeable stiffness through her neck, poll, and hind end.

Ozone therapy has truly been a game changer. Ozone (O₃) is a highly reactive form of oxygen that works as a powerful antimicrobial agent.
