Meet Zeppe, he was a kitten born to a feral mom. The rescue helped get his mom and her friends TNR'd (trapped, neutered, returned) and got the kittens fixed and adopted out. He was adopted to a loving home but had to be returned after he stopped getting along with the previous adopters resident cat. His previous owners had to bring the resident cap to the vet, where he had to be hospitalized. When they brought him back, Zeppe would not accept him so they made the difficult decision to bring Zeppe back to our rescue. Since having him in our rescue he has been very sweet with people. He can be nervous at first but once he warms up he is a sweet and cuddly guy!

From his foster family: Zeppe is a confident, high energy boy with a big personality and an even bigger love for life. He’s curious, playful, and always ready to explore his surroundings or engage with his people. He thrives on interaction and would do best with an owner who enjoys an active, engaged cat.

Zeppe has shown that he prefers to be the center of attention and would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can truly relax and not feel the need to compete for space or resources. Because of his bold and sometimes intense play style, he’s also best suited for a home without young children.
In the right environment, Zeppe has so much to offer he’s intelligent, expressive, and full of personality. He’s the kind of cat who will form a strong bond with his person and keep life interesting every single day.

Zeppe is looking for a home that understands him and will give him the space, structure, and attention he needs to thrive. If you’re looking for a spirited companion with a lot of love (and character) to give, Zeppe might just be your guy.
