Studio 343 has served a diverse market portfolio including commercial, affordable housing and multifamily housing clients in the mid-Atlantic region since 1999. At the end of 2018, our studio rebranded to better express our mission, vision and ideals. Our Annapolis-based studio evolved from RPH’s impactful foundation and the very essence of what drives our team to be better people and better architects — work with good people, love the work that we do and do work that matters in the community.

We partnered with Sullivan Surgery & Spa to transform a former retail space in downtown Annapolis into a med spa. The renovation reworked the open plan to introduce private consultation and treatment rooms, creating a functional layout that supports both clinical needs and client experience.

We partnered with The Yard Gym in Annapolis, MD to create a modern, high-energy training space rooted in community and performance. The renovation transformed a former retail space into a functional, open gym environment designed to support strength, conditioning, and group training.

We are excited to share a status update on a project we are working on with Green Street Housing, LLC, Laurel Grove Acres located in Federalsburg, Maryland.
