Congratulations are in order! This new homeowner is transitioning in to the next chapter of her life!

She sold her house a couple months ago to take advantage of the market and reached out to begin the process of finding a new place to call home. During our initial consultation, we established that she wanted to downsize as she moved closer to retirement. Upon learning her goals for the future, we established a budget and James took the reins in finding her the perfect forever home.

With some negotiation and a little patience, we were able to guide her home to a great location with all the wanted amenities. She was also able to lock in a monthly payment suitable for her later years. I am grateful to have helped her achieve her goal and am joyed to see her get her keys before the turn of the year!
