Drivers, please stay alert! Artists will be out in the area painting pedestrian crosswalks over the next two weeks. Please slow down, watch for crews, and expect the following traffic impacts:

Location: William Street at Sheets Family Park
Impact: Lane restrictions today.

Wednesday, July 8th (Starting at 8:30 AM)
Location: William Street at Carlin Park Elementary School
Impact: Road closure. Traffic detours will be in place, so please plan an alternate route.

Monday, July 13th (Starting at 8:30 AM)
Location: S. Wayne Street at Prospect Street
Impact: Lane restrictions.

Thursday, July 16th (Starting at 8:30 AM)
Location: Felicity Street at Hendry Park Elementary School
Impact: Road closure.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable Independence Day Parade, several roads will be temporarily closed during the event.

🚧 Road Closures:
Please expect closures along the parade route beginning before the parade starts and continuing until cleanup crews have safely cleared the area.

🗺️ Suggested Travel Route:
If you're traveling through town, we recommend using the designated detour route to avoid delays. Allow extra travel time.

Angola Engineering has been informed of an upcoming road closure starting early tomorrow morning, Tuesday, June 23, on US Hwy 20 (W. Maumee St) at the railroad tracks directly in front of Trine University.

Indiana Northeastern Railroad Company, in conjunction with Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), will completely close this portion of the roadway to make improvements and repairs to the crossing structure.

The closure is scheduled to begin early tomorrow morning and is expected to run through Friday. All motorists, commuters, and university visitors are strongly encouraged to seek alternate routes, plan for extra travel time, and exercise caution when navigating the surrounding detour routes.

We are monitoring the project closely and will provide updated information to the community as soon as we receive it from INDOT and the railroad.
