What's Up Absolute Fit Fam! I'm back again to talk about one of my clients (Rudi; 81 years old). With consistent training and God's Guidance. I was able to help Rudi improve his time in the Half Marathon (13.1 miles) from 3 hours and 23 minutes last year, to 2 hours and 57 minutes at this year's USA Fit Marathon and Half Marathon event in Sugarland TX.
