Wednesday, February 14th: Chicken Spaghetti and Green Beans.
Thursday, February 15th: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Rice and Rolls.

Last week was a long one, sorry I didn't update. I will not be back in the kitchen until January 2024. I do have quite a few Doctors appointments this week and just decided it would make more sense to not offer Nightly Specials until January.

I'm not sure at this moment for Nightly Specials this week just yet. I'm currently at Jennie Sealy with severe infection and kidney stones. I just arrived this morning, I just don't have a clue what today or the week holds.
