Rev. 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. Alpha Omega consist of MMA, BJJ circuit training and self defense techniques. Currently competing in Jiu Jitsu competitions and future MMA fights. Teaching MMA Christian self-defense classes for children dealing with bullies. ALPHA OMEGA MMA TEAMS:
Spirit Warriors:5-9
Alpha Warriors:10-15
Ronin Warrior Team:16-adults
4- 3 min rounds of bag work.
20 40lbs kettlebell snatches
1 min burpees
1 min 40lbs kettlebell swings
200 jump ropes
and 1.25 mile
