Angleton Boys Soccer Booster Club

The Angleton Boys Varsity Soccer team lost a heartbreaker to Clear Falls in the Championship Game of the Clear Creek Tournament. With the game tie 1-1, the game went straight into a PK shootout. Clear Falls would win 12 -11 to take first place. The Wildcats would come in second place.

The Wildcat would go on the board first in the first half. At the 17:30 mark, a cross from Cesar Balleza into the box would find Arnold Carrasco with the header for the score. This made it 1-0 going into the half.

The second half was a see-saw battle with no score until a questionable call by the official with 2:05 left in the game would give Clear Falls a penalty kick. Clear Falls would tie the game 1-1 on the PK.

Congratulations to the Angleton Wildcats on a great tournament and coming in 2nd place!!
