Angleton ISD will be offering free physicals to all Angleton athletes on May 6th, 3:00-5:00pm.

UIL requires that athletes in 7th-12th grade have a new physical every two years.

Please ensure you bring your physical form with ONLY the medical history section completed and parent signatures.

High school athletes- pick up physical forms from the training room.
Junior high athletes- pick up physical forms from your coach.
