Friday morning update: AT&T got their circuit repaired and tested this morning. We are working to revert data paths from backup to primary circuits this morning, and everything should be back to normal. If you are still having issues, please call our office so we can address them as quickly as possible.

Evening update:
We have completed re-routing traffic through backup circuits, so everyone’s internet should be up and running. We still have some work to do to optimize speeds/performance/etc.
The Last status update we got from the failed upstream provider (ATT) was this afternoon, stating that they had identified the defective part, but did not have a spare on site and a replacement has been ordered. We have not been able to get any answers on if that part is being delivered from another CO or from out of the area.
