Happy Friday, and happy summer break!
We’ve got two lovely specials for Anchorage tonight…
The Godfather Pizza: We’ve made a pizza you can’t refuse!
With no relation to the movie, this pizza has tomato sauce, peppered salami, cured salami, Calabrese, Mama Lil’s peppers, and fresh mozzarella. Baked in our hearth, and topped with arugula, honey, parmesan, and red pepper flakes!
Pastitsio: AKA “Greek Lasagna”
Red wine and tomato braised lamb & beef, simmered with onions, celery, shallots, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg! Tossed with fresh Rigatoni from our local AK Pasta Co., then covered with Bèchamel, mozzarella, and feta cheese. Baked, and topped with fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pepper flakes!

Happy Friday!
We’ve got a “fishy” special for everyone today…
Soy Glazed AK Salmon -
A 6oz skin-on Cook Inlet Sockeye salmon, which has been brined with citrus & maple, then pan seared. Served over jasmine rice, with stir fried broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and spinach. This is finished with a maple, soy, and bourbon glaze, and topped with scallions and sesame seed.
Since we have this salmon special, we are also offering a topper of 6oz Sockeye salmon to any dish!

Happy Friday, and happy May!
Hopefully all these April showers bring May flowers soon, but for the time being, our cooks are bringing new dishes to the Goat in our second and final portion of the spring menu!
Spring Chèvre Pasta:
Rigatoni pasta locally sourced from AK Pasta Co., with a creamy garlic sauce with chèvre, snap peas, broccolini, spinach, and pancetta. Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh basil, and red pepper flake.
Rigatoni Bolognese:
Veal, beef, and pork, simmered in a red wine & tomato sauce, with a splash of heavy cream and butter. Tossed with Rigatoni pasta locally sourced from AK Pasta Co., and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano and basil.
Steak & Bearnaise:
12oz St Helens premium Angus New York Strip, seared and served with garlic mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, Demi Glace, and Bearnaise.
Shrimp Pasta:
6oz butterflied shrimp, simmered in a rich, bisque-like sauce, tossed with fresh Pappardelle from AK Pasta Co. Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano, red pepper flake, and parsley.
