2026 Summercise Internship Opportunity – Nome

Are you a nutrition student looking for a unique internship experience this summer?

The Norton Sound Health Corporation CAMP Department is now recruiting for the Summercise Program in Nome, Alaska. For over 20 years, this internship focuses on community and public health, diabetes prevention, pediatric nutrition, and nutrition programming and has afforded students the opportunity for mentorship from dietitians on staff and hands on experience in rotations such as clinical, food service, and outpatient nutrition counseling and biometric screenings. All expenses are covered! Interns also receive a stipend for food expenses.
