The ProStart® program, administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and Alaska CHARR, is a two-year curriculum designed to teach high school students the management skills needed for a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry. Are you ready?! It's almost here!!! THE ALASKA PROSTART INVITATIONAL!! See our students compete for Scholarships and the opportunity to represent the Great State of Alaska on the National Platform at this year's NPSI (National ProStart Invitational) in Baltimore, Maryland.
