Join us in celebrating Spawn Ideas’ new Creative Director: Amy Adams. 🔥

Amy, a 14-year Spawn veteran and creative powerhouse is innately visionary in her approach to everything and unafraid to break from “tradition”. Her knack creating insight-driven campaigns has shaped some of our most impactful work for some of Alaska’s biggest brands. She’s also a busy mom of three who’s looking for any excuse to get out into the mountains.
Her work doesn’t stop with her creative duties at Spawn.

Her personal social media presence has quietly become one of the sharpest tools in our agency, shaping how we think, solve problems, and stay three steps ahead of “relevant". Amy doesn't just curate culture — she creates it.

“I joined social not to be a follower but a creator of stories myself. It’s helped me refine my approach to larger opportunities and better understand how to connect with audiences. It also helps me keep a pulse on how and what people are consuming content-wise.”

Amy truly is carving her own path and creating followers along on the way. We’re happy to be one of them. The industry's been waiting for leaders like Amy. We're just glad she's ours.

We have some exciting news — please join us in welcoming Tosha Swan Pereira to the Spawn Ideas team! 🎉

Tosha joins us as Project Manager, bringing over a decade of experience from the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and a background in graphic design, journalism, and public communications.

What really sets Tosha apart is her deep roots in the Anchorage community. She's an active Rotary member, sits on the boards of The CIRI Foundation and Anchorage School Business Partnership, is the Vice Chair of the UAA CBPP Advisory Board, and is a longtime supporter of AIGA Alaska. Her commitment to giving back is a core part of who she is.

Outside of work, she's a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, a passionate traveler, and if there's a live concert anywhere nearby, she's probably already there.
