We in need of an Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity with room for growth! We are willing to train the right person.

In this position you will be assisting our Project Managers and Superintendents with the following duties:
- Permitting
- Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Subcontractor Management
- Submittals and Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Document tracking
- Communicating with Owners, Architects, and Engineers

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience in construction industry preferred (not required)

Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Must have MS Word/Excel/Outlook Experience

Criterion General is in immediate need of a Project Coordinator. Experience in construction preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right person! Duties of job include but not limited to:

- Obtaining job permits
- Submittals and Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Communicating with various Architects/Engineers/Owners
- Purchase Order and Subcontracts
- Assisting in Bids
- Support daily activities of Project Managers and Superintendents

Pay is DOE, $25-$35/hr

Criterion is looking to hire skilled Carpenters with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings.
A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.
