At AWS, clients will have access to a wonderful substance abuse recovery program (Tutan' Recovery Services), vocational training (such as construction, culinary arts, and web design/marketing), and all the professional and behavioral skill sets necessary for success. After the training is complete and the clients are work ready, AWS assists in job placement with employers all over the community. Clients are also offered individualized support after they’ve graduated the program and are out in the workforce. A lack of support can lead to an unsuccessful individual, and it is AWS’ belief that each individual’s success is the organization’s success as well.
