Alaska Literacy Program provides pathways to employment with Adult Education classes in English Literacy, Health Literacy, Digital Literacy and Test-Prep Courses. The mission of Alaska Literacy Program is to change lives through literacy. ALP recruits, trains, certifies, and supports volunteer teachers and tutors who work one-on-one or in a classroom setting teaching reading, writing and speaking English to adults.

They learned essential tools for helping families reduce stress, address risk factors, and promote healthy development - all of which will help them serve clients across our community! Help us congratulate them for all their hard work & commitment to helping our neighbors! πŸ‘πŸ‘
