Holy moly! After 5+ hours, this is the first moment there hasn’t been people in here today. We’ve sold a ton of stuff, but don’t worry! There’s still a couple tons left. We’re only here for another 45 minutes or so today, but we’ll be back bright and early to do it all again tomorrow! We’re also hoping to get a bunch more boxes of untapped stuff added to the shelves, things we just couldn’t get to before we opened today.

We’re still plugging away, even working nights, to get the warehouse “shopping ready.” Came across some more awesome weirdness. Any Fight Club fans out there? One time, at the comic retailer equivalent of band camp, I met a nice man named Chuck Palahniuk (who wrote Fight Club, as well as many other wonderfully strange books.) Mr. P gave me these severed arms, and he hand-signed each and every one of them. At least two of these (along with thousands of other goodies) will be part of our warehouse clearance event. (I may need to keep the third one for myself.) Five more days!
