The Cab Mic is a large diaphragm condenser voiced and designed specifically for single-mic recording of electric guitar. It will take 120+dB without clipping the mic and without clipping your preamp. It’s dead simple to position: center it on the dust cap. No need to micro-adjust position. No need to EQ. One mic, one stand, one channel, then get back to making music!

Congrats to on the release of “Ghosts in the Park!” I have been listening to these tracks for a few months already, so I can recommend the album without hesitation. It is truly beautiful.
